great location helpful staff comfortable bed poor maintenance key card coffee refill
the location was great, very close to many attractions. the staff was helpful at reception. i found big rooms with comfortable beds.
the hotel is old and it doesn't seem well maintained. i had issues with the key card, it stopped working multiple times. also, i had to ask for more tea, coffee, and milk.

clean room helpful staff comfortable furniture
my room was a standard twin room. it was quite clean. the bathroom had plenty of hot water (i definitely appreciated that!). the staff were helpful. i asked for a topper for the bed and they quickly provided it (this made my sleep much better). the lounge area was also clean. it was comfortably furnished. i found it very relaxing after a day of walking.
the room felt a bit dated. it could use some modernization.
